Hi Team,
I was trying to create a Custom pattern on "windows os Desktop" to find the Time zone.
But I am not able to set the value.
Error:"unexpected error occured durning debug"

Good Day!!
I am assuming you are creating a pattern under Extension Section Correct?
If Yes.. then first start the debug window that might take time!!
and the use first step to create a WMI query!! and choose Root CMIV2 and choose the timeZone table and in the next step use the operation as parse variable and set on CMDB_CI_Computer Table.
