Custom Push Notifications Not Firing on NOW Mobile App

I am having trouble getting push notifications to fire off for our NOW Mobile app.

I created a push notification under System Notifications > Push Notifications. I have "Push Message Only" checked under "What it will Contain", and assigned a custom "Push Message"; the "Push Message" has both the "Push App" and "Push Message Content" fields set.

Despite this, whenever the push notification never fires when the "When to Send" conditions are met. I have push notifications turned on for the app on my phone.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Check push notification configuration:

Ensure that the push notification record you created under System Notifications > Push Notifications has the correct settings.
Verify that the "Push Message Only" checkbox is selected under "What it will Contain".
Confirm that the "Push App" field is set to the appropriate mobile app.
Double-check that the "Push Message Content" field contains the desired message content.

Validate device settings:

Ensure that the NOW Mobile app has permission to receive push notifications on your mobile device.
Check the device's notification settings to ensure that push notifications are allowed for the NOW Mobile app.
Test with different devices:

Try testing the push notification with different mobile devices to see if the issue is specific to your device or a more general problem.
Test with both iOS and Android devices to identify any platform-specific issues.

Review system logs:

Check the system logs in ServiceNow to see if there are any error messages or relevant information related to push notifications.
Look for any error logs or warnings that might indicate the cause of the problem.

Mark as correct and helpful if it solved your query.
