Custom Roles can be linked with a Subscription in ServiceNow?

Can there be any possibility that any of the custom role would get linked with a ServiceNow Subscription?

Or they will be charged if they grant the edit/write/create access but will never be linked to any Subscription?

these kind of Information is not publicly available in general. it may also depend on existing subscription/license you have.

you can get this Information by rising Hi Ticket, or check with your companys servicenow sales account representative about the licensing details.
