We don't have a separate app engine licenses but we got 50 custom tables with ITSM. Does anyone know if we can use those tables to build a custom app for our Health and Safety team (around 30 fulfiller users) without any additional cost?
If not, would you know how much is the app engine roughly for 30 fulfiller users (I know the licensing cost varied a lot for each organization but I'm just looking for a rough estimate)?
Thanks,
Denoka

Hello,
It is always recommended to check with your ServiceNow account manager, but you should be able to use existing custom table subscription.
Once you migrate your app to production you are usually requested to select a subscription on it. For example after instalation when going to prod you can go to subscription management it would show something like this :
Opening the Unmapped custom applications, will show you the recommended product, if that shows your 50 license subscription than you can proceed and it will map your app to that subscription other option can be that you need to map each table to the subscription.
For the licenses question, that will depend on your fulfiller licensing availability, you should be usually able to track this on the subscription dashboard above as well. If you still have 30 spots left then it should be ok.
Cheers

Hello, normally yes, if you go to admin -> subscription management -> Instance entitlements and you should normally have a list here that shows your custom table usage (see the columns of purchased vs consumed).
On my PDI I have no data, but once I am at work I will edit with a real example:

Hi thank you.
I take a look at the subscription management. I can find the grandfather custom table.
But the allocated is 0. In addition, the unmapped global custom table is 163. These number seems unmatched. Any insight about it?
