I want to display the customized field on RITM table need to be visible for the end user from SP
how to achieve this in ServiceNow. for reference I'm sharing the screen shots

Please help me with this and thank you in advance.

if you use ESC portal then this can be done easily with Standard ticket configuration and no scripting required

just add/remove fields from Info fields and they will start appearing on the ticket page

I will recommend using ESC rather than SP as it's old and for your requirement you will have to do lot of customizations.

Many customers already started using ESC instead of SP.

I will recommend the same for you to convince the customer.

do you want to add custom field on right side here?

If yes then you will have to clone the OOTB "Ticket Fields" widget and then include field there

Then add that newly cloned widget to your Ticket page
