Custom Topic Not showing in the Mega Menu

Hello guys i have a little problem,

I don’t understand why when I added the topics, they appear in the Technology Services Topics section but not in the Mega Menu. The standard works, but the custom doesn’t.

To configuring Mega Menu via Advanced Portal Navigation —> open Employee Center —> Create menu items refer below link
