Custom widget to show image and hyperlink to some catalog

Hi all 

On topic page i have requirement to attach a widget which will have one custom widget in which image should be there and on click in that image the catalog should open.

like this:

I have tried using oob widget which is quick links but the image is not getting visible.

Can you share the configuration of the widget instance and the Quick Link record (sn_ex_sp_quick)?
