Unexpected Dropzones and Widget Created on “Service Catalog” Page When Moving Widgets

Hello Everyone, 

 I’m seeing some strange behavior on the Service Catalog page and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Whenever I move, remove a widget on the Service Catalog  page system automatically creates new dropzones and widgets.

 

Is this expected behavior for the Service Catalog and f I delete these automatically created dropzones, will it have any impact?

Its not expected behavior . 

Open your browser in incognito mode/ private browser

Ensure you are following KB0696005 How to remove a widget from a Service Portal page 

 

If still issue persists and you are facing the issue in your client instance, raise a case to ServiceNow support.
