I want to customize catalog builder's OOB step based request fulfillment flow/subflow to add catalog variables like "requested for" to the short description in the catalog task. Currently when citizen developers are creating catalog items, their tasks all have the same name so its difficult to manage the list view of the catalog tasks. Adding the requested for to the short description would alleviate pain points for our end users. Is that possible? I know that I can copy the OOB flow and subflow but it's difficult to find where the tasks are being created in the subflow.
