Customize list of tickets that are displayed in dashboard

Hi everyone,

on engineer portal i have a dashboard with widget inside that displayes a list of tickets.

I'm trying to find where is this widget with incident is located with no success.

The idea is to tune a little bit that list (adding some CSS)

This not available on all instances but if you press CTRL and right click on the widget it shows you the widget editor where you can make the necessary changes.

You can also go to Service Portal Configuration module, select the Page Designer module, select the page the widget is on and then find the widget from there.
