Hello,
We have just enabled the export to PPT functionality in tokyo for project status, but what comes out of box is about 17 slides and a bit too much for us. I'm having trouble figuring out how to make it more tailored to what we want to see in terms of fields, layout, colors, etc. I can't find any videos or documentation about how to build your own export to powerpoint template.
Can someone please tell me where I need to go in my dev platform to create my own template or modify the current one?
Thanks

Here are the steps you can follow to create your own template or modify the existing one:
Go to the "System Definition" menu and select "Templates."
In the "Templates" list, search for the "Export to PowerPoint" template and open it.
On the template record, you will see a field called "Template" which contains the HTML and CSS code for the PowerPoint export template. You can modify this code to change the layout, colors, fields, and other elements of the template.
To create a new template, click the "New" button and create a new template record. You can then enter your own HTML and CSS code to create a custom PowerPoint export template.
After you have made your changes, save the template record.
To test your changes, go to a record that you want to export to PowerPoint and click the "Export to PowerPoint" button. ServiceNow will generate a PowerPoint file using your modified template.
Note: Modifying the default "Export to PowerPoint" template may affect other areas of the platform that use this template. It's recommended that you create a copy of the default template and modify the copy instead of the original. Also, keep in mind that any changes you make to the template will affect all users who export data to PowerPoint using that template.

Has anyone ever tried to apply a limit to the number of charaters rendered in (for example) the short description?
Is there a way to "lock" the position of the powerpoint tables & objects in the pptx version of the status report, so that they don't expand when the pptx status report is rendered.
How do we add a filter to a list in the pptx version of the status report? Suppose we want all tasks that are state: "x".?
