Hi,
Could any one have an idea, how the assessment data is coming dynamically on the risk workspace. I have checked the UI builder but could not find any. I want to customize the risk assessment view by adding some custom fileds in workspace so that users can answer those fields/questions while taking the risk assessment from the risk workspace.
As shown in the above image, below the risk response section, I want to add one more custom section with some custom fields.
