Hello,
I posted a month ago mentioning a cyclical login problem with developer.servicenow.com. Someone suggested work being done and it may just be an issue for a bit. I checked back after a month and still an issue for me. I had a colleague create an account and login just fine - same network so can't be a proxy issue.
Cookies cache cleared etc.
But then I did something new - i tried to login from my phone over cellular so i don't use the same network - and i still click login and go right back to login.
Can there be something going on account specific? if so is there a contact email /form I can use to assist?

Hi @mrmleczko
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait and be positive.
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Hi @mrmleczko
I read your question and again, and support case is good , but if it is PDI , i doubt you will get any reply bcz there is no support available for PDI.
