Dashboard - Breakdown is not available

Getting the below error in the Dashboard Widget 

"Breakdown is not available because it does not apply to one or more contributing indicators of the formula".

Used breakdown is existing breakdown, which is also used in other widget and it works fine.

But for this particular widget it doesn't work.

Not sure if this is still an issue, but I ran into this same error for some users, but not all. Discovered the ones who got this error did not have the pa_viewer role. Might be worth a check.
