Dashboard not visible to user

Hi 

I have created a dashboard. I have shared it with some users but it is visible to them.

But for only one user getting below error :-

"Report visible only to a specific user or group"

Although blank boxes are visible to him but not content.

Please help me in same.

Check to make sure user has ITIL access. Or it sounds like it could possible be ACL issue on the tables of the reports.

Click on pencil icon of the report and share it with the user.

Once you navigate to that report, under the dropdown near save, Click on sharing and add the user to the report and save.

Hi Tracy,

 

If I gave ITIL role then user able to access dashboard. But if I give PA_viewer role not able to see the dashboard. User with pa_viewer role should also able to see the dashboard. 

Could you please explain it ?

They need ITIL. If they can get to the dashboard and just are not seeing the content in the widgets/reports then there are probably ACL's on the underlying tables which require ITIL.
