Dashboard not visible to user

Hi 

I have created a dashboard. I have shared it with some users but it is visible to them.

But for only one user getting below error :-

"Report visible only to a specific user or group"

Although blank boxes are visible to him but not content.

Please help me in same.

Check to make sure user has ITIL access. Or it sounds like it could possible be ACL issue on the tables of the reports.

Navigate: System Security--> Access Control (ACL).   I type in the search box     Go To-->Operation-->Report_On.

 

 

 

Once you have the Report_On Operations displayed, find the particular table you are interested in, scroll to the bottom to the Section 'Requires Roles" and make sure the proper role is mentioned for the user required.

I have also faced such error.

Firstly they must have ITIL to see the reports.

then for such error what I found is they need to have report_group role for seeing reports which are shared with specific users/ group.
