Dashboard Visualizations are blank

Hello Everyone,

My dashboard's visualizations (pie,vertical bars and etc) tiles are showing as blank in my work instance, although everything was working fine weeks ago, can someone explain the issue here? and how to resolve it?

Hi @Elana 

 

 

  • If the dashboard still does not display any content, locate the dashboard's sys_id or name in the par_dashboard_cache table and delete the corresponding record.
  • Navigate to cache.do in the instance and clear the system cache.
  • Log out of the instance, then sign back in.
  • Verify whether the dashboard content is now loading correctly.
