Dashboard widget titles not updating via update set

In my Dev instance, I've been amending the labels of some widgets within a dashboard. I assumed that any changes to those widgets would be included in my update set. However, when I move my update set to my Test environment, I see that the amendments have not been moved.
I was just wondering what I need to include in my update set to transfer the amendments from my Dev to Test environment.

It won't load to the update set because it's a record.

What would I need to do to get the text and widgets updated?

Since it's a record, you can move the record you've created as an XML import then, migrate the update set that contains the changes you've made.

Do you know how I can see which Dashboard the records in the sys_portal and sys_portal_preferences are related to? It's not very clear in ServiceNow how I know I'm updating the records for the correct Dashboard.
