When i try to review the task with the user "sn_cmdb_user", it is not showing the fields to certify, rather showing "Loading certification status" and also showing undefined near to the "Review not completed".
Attaching the screenshot for reference.
When i try with admin user, it shows all the certification fields properly and able to certify as well.
To resolve the issue, tried
1. creating the workspace acl as mentioned in support link "https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1220210" still it doesnt work.
2. Also tried creating an ux_route acl to explicitly provide access, still it didnt work.
Appreciate your response if someone faces the same.

Could you please to repair the WS plugin once and then check. Try cache.do and logout and login.

I can’t access this KB, so I’m not sure what solutions have been provided. It’s better to log a Now Support case with the team for further assistance.
