Data Management Update Jobs - scheduling not working

Hello -
On INC list view (filtered), I created a 'Data Management Update Job' to update records that match the filter. When using 'Run at', the job stays in the New state. However, when used 'Execute now', it runs and shows as complete and the filtered records are updated. See snapshots below.
I verified that the 1) system date and time is in my current time zone and 2) DM record shows update and run at with today's date and time few mins ahead of my current time.
Found no scheduled entries in the Scheduled Jobs or logs. Wondering what did I missed. I tried this in two separate instances, and getting the same result with 'Run at' and no issues with 'Execute Now'.

This is an expected scenario. If you have updated 10 records you will see there will be difference in timings. And also this difference will be because of size of records. It takes time to update one completely and proceed to next. Run at - just means start running at this time and not that all the "Auto Sys fields" will be updated with this value.
But did you mean that it's still 7:40 and it shows as 7:45 - ahead time - which didn't even come ?

Thanks for your response, @Shivalika . When you looked at my post, it tells you (with snapshots) that I have filtered records on INC which gives me only two (2) records. The DM job is only to run on these records. In terms of time, mins to hours passed and the job stays in 'Ready' state and nothing indicates from logs or scheduled jobs that a transaction/record exists.

Got it. I feel it should run at the selected time. Was the time you selected in System Time Zone only ? Maybe cross check that once. And if it's not working despite this being same, maybe you need to Log a Case, I feel the scheduler that detects these job - maybe inactive.

@SC15- Were you able to figure out why your data mgmt jobs aren't running on schedule?
I have the same issue - I can schedule an update or delete job but it just never runs that way. The only way I can get a data mgmt job to actually run is by pushing the Execute button on the job form. Last week I set one up to run this past Saturday, but it still is just sitting here in the Ready state.
