Data Management Update Jobs - scheduling not working

Hello -
On INC list view (filtered), I created a 'Data Management Update Job' to update records that match the filter. When using 'Run at', the job stays in the New state. However, when used 'Execute now', it runs and shows as complete and the filtered records are updated. See snapshots below.
I verified that the 1) system date and time is in my current time zone and 2) DM record shows update and run at with today's date and time few mins ahead of my current time.
Found no scheduled entries in the Scheduled Jobs or logs. Wondering what did I missed. I tried this in two separate instances, and getting the same result with 'Run at' and no issues with 'Execute Now'.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have not been able to find a resolution and have used the 'execute now' button to proceed at that time.

I ran into the same issue and found what I was doing wrong.
The documentation says "Select Update. Note that you must select Update to successfully schedule the job."
ServiceNow apparently built the scheduling logic into the Update button, so it doesn't get scheduled if you right-click and Save, or any other method to update the record.
I was able to test this and confirm it works if I do it that way. If you're having issues, give that a shot!

Thanks for your response and suggestion. I have read the same documentation and used "update" but no success.
