Yokohoma related list patch 12 HF 1

We patched our instance from yokohoma 11 towards patch 12 HF1, and since then even as an admin-user we cannot see the records in related lists. (we do se the lines, can also click on it and then see all the information, however in the line you see nothing)

The Incident Management plugin might need repair, as this appears to be a patch issue. It’s better to log a case with ServiceNow Support.

it has nothing to do with incidentmgt-plugin, since it is also on all the related lists of all other tables
