Data missing when loading data through excel sheet

Hi all,

I am trying to load data into servicenow using an excel sheet, the issue i am facing is one of the columns data is not loading in the import set table. The column name in excel sheet is 'Description' import set field lable is 'Description' field name is 'u_short_description'. I have checked the field length and type it is string and size is 1000.

can anyone help me on this?

Please check any Data policy and also share the field level mapping or do the auto mapping in Transform map.

Please share excel sheet if possible, I tried one excel and it has been loaded. (Import set )
