Data Policy Issue

Hi Dev's,
Need help in mitigating one error while approving an particular RITM submitted by catalog item.
Moment I click on APPROVE, is throws below error
Although, RITM is getting approved and also fields mentioned in the screenshot is not empty on RITM.
Any suggestions ?
I went to different articles and suggestion on community but unable to understand it......

Is this data policy on the ritm, or on the approval record?

I think you need to check the data policies one by one on RITM and Approval Table.

Hi @DEEPAK KUMAR SI ,
This is because of Business rule on approval table the logic inside the BR is Querying the sc_req_item table without any valid query. check for the relevent busienss rule and fix the BR to fix the datapolicy issue.
