database views - reporting

Hi All,

I created a database with tables

sc_req_item

sysapproval_approver - where clause - req.sys_id = app.sysapproval

sc_item_option_mtom - where clause - req.sys_id = mtom.request_item

I am creating Report for this database view and from available columns i expanded parent item > variables > selected required catalog item and then required variables added to right side. Saved the report and run it. As soon as I run, the variables which I added to right side are vanished. What can be done in this case...

 

Please assist.

Hi Prince,

I checked this thread. It is similar but no solution is given in this. The option which is mentioned that I have already tried and not working.
