I am going thru the learn module for Data Streams using a UTAH PDI.
Article: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/courses/utah/app_store_learnv2_rest_utah_rest_integr...
When I press New in Flow Designer, there is no Data Stream menu item... so...what do I do?
Sorry if this is a newbie question, this is only my 2nd day using ServiceNow.

I can't say about Utah, because that's really old, but on my Washington PDI, client Vancouver and Xanadu demo, I have the data stream option. I do suggest (since you are new), to get an up to date PDI and not use something as old as Utah.
Since the course the article is part of says that it hasn't been updated since San Diego, it is not written for Utah specifically. I would upgrade my PDI asap.
