Date field - changing behaviour

I have a catalog item with a date field (currently allowing users to pick a date and displays YYYY-MM-DD) and I need to change the appearance of the field. I need the field to be a YYYY-MM field and users to have the ability to select a month from the past 12 months. (eg: 02/2024, 01/2024, 12/2023, 11/2023.. ) 

 

Is it possible to do this in SN?
