Date Field on form does not display date picker icon on service portal

Date Field on form does not display date picker icon, hence i don't see the calendar icon & unable to select a date. Please help to fix this?

Appointment is a date/time field without date picker icon on service portal

Is there any script changing the CSS of the portal? Blocking the element from rendering.

This can be either in the cat item itself as a catalog client script (with dom access) or as CSS config on the portal page itself. This can be included in theme used for the portal

Hi,

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Did you check in another browser?

Did you check if this is happening for all date fields on all the forms at platform level?

Is this happening always?

Hello, cache.do doesn't help.

Yes i checked in a different browser its still there

No its not happening when i use the same field on a different page on portal 😕 

How can i detect the issue?

Hi,

deactivate that field if this is newly created and create a fresh one and test

this is not a new field & i just created a new date/time field and i'm unable to  see the calender icon on it too
