When showing a Date/Time field on a form, is there a way to have it only show hours and minutes in the Time entry section (under the calendar), and just assume "00" for seconds?
I do not know if you solved this, but if you go to system properties > system and change the date time format to "hh:mm a" or hh:mm you can take the seconds out of the datetime fields
