The Performance Analytics plugin's Incident Management dashboard should give you this information. I think it is free for the incident table and OOB dashboards and widgets. The Incident Resolved tab contains "Number of Resolved Incidents, Average Resolution Time, Number of resolved incidents by priority, Average resolution time by priority." The only thing it doesn't show is the Max.
It's probably not the answer you were looking for, but it's close.
You could also build a Counts gauge (System UI > Gauges, click New and select Type = Counts). It would be a little more manual, but would work well for a homepage.
