Deactivate a user and migrate all the Tickets and CMDB records to another one

Hi All,
Can you please help me in writing the script to deactivate one user?
I need migrate all the Tickets and CMDB records (REQ, RITM, SCTASK, CMDB and Asset) from this user to another active user.

You can achieve this via a flow, but the issue arises if a user is deactivated. They may belong to multiple groups, so the question is: to which group should the ticket be assigned? How do you identify the correct group in that scenario?
Also, if user is alone in that group?
