Hi,
When a user that isn't logged in and clicks on a deep link for an INC. It redirects them though SSO first before opening the INC.
When a user that isn't logged in clicks a deep link for a report. It attempts to open up the link without signing them in. If the user first logs in and then clicks the same deep link it works.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to why INC links are are working but report links aren't?
