Default defaulted to the oldest on top

We are using the List view in a Dashboard from a Report which is just a list of records from incident Table that satisfies certain conditions.

Is there a way to default a field Created to show newest/current on top.

Any help is appreciated.

There is a way to set the default sorting. Please try to see if it is reflected on the dashboard as well.
