Default List columns

Hi,

Is there a way to set the default list columns? I don't want every user to have to personalize their list columns, I want to change the default list columns for everyone.

For example, I want to set these list columns as the default for my table:

Right click on the list header Configure -> List layout. Click on list layout and add the columns. This will change globally.

See section 2.1 here - Configuring Lists - ServiceNow Wiki

You can set the default layout with Configure> List Layout. List v3 shown below.

Users can override by personalizing their own list layout. If they want to go back to the default list layout, click Reset column layout as you show in your image (thank you for that.)

I am using (and extension of) the "sm_order" table.
