Did someone manage to connect ServiceNow to Defender for Cloud App? I always get error "Failed to authenticate app. An unexpected error occurred". I tried tn different versions Quebec, Paris and Rome. Always the same issue.
dIs it possible that Dev/Demo instance doesn't support such connections?
When I use old method with username and password test passed but logs never flows and Connector appeared as invalid like this
PS This link describes my steps https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-cloud-apps/connect-servicenow

Ky,
Can you please check if your instances have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled for users with the 'admin' role.?
If it is enabled, please disable it temporarily and perform your connection/test again.
Please let me know how you get on.
Cheers

No, MFA is not enabled. Actually it is a default developer instance. I wanted to check before Prod.

@ky
Is it resolved? we are facing the similar issue. The connection works with one(dev) instance but doesn't work with another instance with same set of credentials.

Hi, I just had this configured and encountered the same issue. If you have checked all the roles and the entered the credentials correctly this could be an http error 404. In my case, I have to removed the ip address whitelisting in snow.
Let me know how you go
