Delays in receiving updates on a record

Hi everyone,

I'm facing with a problem. Sometimes, I access a record, and it shows up with an old value.

For example, a change request has been approved with the state is "Implement" but when I access it, it appears with the state "Assess".

I have to refresh the page, and then the record shows the right status.

Do you know what caused this issue?

Hi @Tien Bui2 ,

You might want to go for HI ticket first of all, I haven't observed this before.

Do you see the same behavior in the list layout or is it only in forms?
In that case you also might want to check your custom onload scripts and display BR.

This issue also happens in list view when I try to filter records.

And this happens with many kinds of tickets like: RITM, Incident,..etc not only with change requests.

You can try to investigate from your side, but I would suggest logging a HI ticket, and figure out when was this issue observed first, was there anything got deployed recently. You can start looking there, meanwhile HI support will assist you.
