Delegate button appearing invisible,

Hi 

Delegate button is not visible.

When I double click on empty space ,delegate text is visible but black color is not visible.

How can I achieve this?

Can you try to replicate it for more users and rather for more browsers? Before that erase your browser's cache and try it again, and optimally more browsers to see if it happens always or only sometimes, based on this we can think of next steps.

Also, check your instance's version.
