delegate text box missing

Hi,

I am not able to add delegate text box  next to  required information.

How can I achieve this?

Currently you can see in screenshot , there is a delegate black text box side to to required informtion.In anothe instance , black delegate text is missing .Only empty space is visible.However,when I double click on empty space ,delegate text is visible ,black color is not visible neither delegate text.When I double click then its visible.

That message is shown (if it's an OOB one) if the delegate field is mandatory and not filled. Your screenshots really show very little information, so it's unclear what the exact issue is.
