Delete Out of the box column in servicenow

I one have custom application and Some fields are created in cmdb_ci_appl and cmdb_ci_service table. i want to delete that filed but im not able to delete that filed. I have changed the scope and tried to delete it but still facing this issue. please help me on that.

Just checking, on why not hide it from the form instead of deletion.

What is the issue you are facing to delete the column? can you open the record that you have highlighted and see if you see 'delete' button.
