DeleteRecordAjax SI - GlideCascadeFromDelete API

Does Somebody know how to get all cascade table? I find an OOB Script Inlcude: "DeleteRecordAjax". But I do not know how works this API: GlideCascadeFromDelete.getCascadeTables(tblName, objSysId, stackName); I would like to use this script but in scoped app it is not possible. Any advice?

I am also curious as to what exactly this function returns, it seems like it returns a list of elements that will be deleted as well as a return URL which i have no idea how to emulate
