Deleting or Modifying journal Entry for an Incident

Hi All,

I want to delete the activity log/work note from an incident as per requirement.I am trying to achieve by deleting the entry in the sys_journal_field.list table.

But the work notes does not get deleted from the incident.

Please share your ideas.
