DemoHub load demo

Hi 
In the DemoHub while i am loading the demo it's asking Load ExperienceID.
previously load experienceID automatically populated but for this time it is asking like this please help me here to load demo data.

Did you resolve this? I have a similar issue but two weeks after opening a support case, I'm no closer to finding a solution.
