Hi All,

Can anyone share some standard deployment requirements as it relates to deployment code or change release? Activities that are a must have vs optional. Something like a deployment manifest. Any documentation will be helpful.

Hi Pierre,

Any deployment should go through Change Request .

Once the change is approved and in implement stage then update set should be moved from development environment to production environment .

Hi Sneha. Thanks for the quick response. My apologies if I wasn't super clear on my original ask. What I'm looking for is more of a best practice guide around what deployment activities one should have vs optional when embarking on a deployment (Something to the tune of a deployment requirements best practice doc). It can be generic and not ServiceNow specific. Hope this helps to clarify.
