Hello,
The screen shot below is of the description on a form in the service portal. I want the entire wording to be on one line or to put the link on the second line. I do not know how to achieve this. The text has to be verdana, bold, 14 point font. Do you know how to achieve this? Thanks!

Click the <> (Source Code) button on the rich text toolbar and replace all the code inside with this HTML block:
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;"><strong>Please do not submit this form for SharePoint Access - For access to SharePoint use the SharePoint Access Request form:<br><a style="color: #ff0000; word-break: break-all;" href="https://gpihelpdesk.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=4ebbf1a4db6e24509178d0b2ca9619f3">https://gpihelpdesk.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=4ebbf1a4db6e24509178d0b2ca9619f3</a></strong></span></p>
This helps other users find accurate and useful information more easily

Try with this:
Source code (click on <> on top of html editor)
<p>Please do not submit this form for SharePoint Access For access to SharePoint use the SharePoint Access Request form:</p>
<p> <a href="https://gpihelpdesk.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=4ebbf1a4db6e24509178d0b2ca96193" rel="nofollow">https://gpihelpdesk.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=4ebbf1a4db6e24509178d0b2ca96193</a>.</p>

Do you have to show the full URL? If not, you could use part of the text as the link itself:
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">For access to SharePoint use the <a title="SharePoint Access Request Link" href="https://gpihelpdesk.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&amp;sys_id=4ebbf1a4db6e24509178d0b2ca9619f3" target="_top">SharePoint Access Request</a> form.</span></p>
