Hi All,
We have installed Procurement service management plugin and with that it comes up with procurement workspace.
when i create case from record producer details of the case are not showing in details section of the workspace its missing. if case created from workspace, it is working fine and showing the details. I have also tried by creating interaction, but it is still not working.
can anyone help me on this??
