Hi,

There is no support for PDI instances.

There are some things you can try yourself from the developer site, but in the end, if your instance is no longer responding, you will have to request a new one.

Hi @Harshil1 

Several persons on the community have experienced this recently. As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

1. Wait - it should come online again after some time.
2. Release your current instance and request a fresh installation. This is off course last resort based on your current development in your current instance.
