I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline.

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

This is the error :

Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.

If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone.

Hi @nishad_now ,

None of us from community can assist u over here. Even Servicenow has stopped any support for PDI's

So the only option which u have is

1. Wait for some time there might be a chance it will come up on its own.

2. If u have some urgent work then I would recommend u to release the PDI n request a new one. Also take necessary backups for future if this happens u will have something to restore from as there is no help from servicenow on this.

Thanks,

Danish

Hi @nishad_now

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
