Developer Instance is offline

My developer instance is offline (3 days)  and doesn't wake up after refreshing several times.  Could you please help?

Hello @Tong1 

There is no support available for PDI so you can retry or release your previous instance and get a new one.

(Since it's been 3 days, it is better to release and request new one).
