Developer Site Login Error and Loss of PDI

1. Developer Site Login Error I am currently unable to log into the ServiceNow Developer Site developer.servicenow.com . After entering my verification code, I am redirected to a "Now Support" error page stating: "Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID. To protect your data, only ServiceNow IDs with authorized email addresses can be used to log in.". After that developer.servicenow.com starts to reload constantly, even in incognito mode.

2. Loss of Personal Developer Instance (PDI) Last week, I lost access to my Developer Instance despite remaining active and adhering to the 10-day activity requirement.

could you possibly share a screenshot?

 

Navigate to this link below, it is sure that it works correctly, maybe you tried to log to somewhere else:

You can also navigate to this:

https://signon.service-now.com/sso and access the Developer portal from there by selecting the tile:
(the amount of the tiles may vary)

And regarding losing your PDI, could you provide more details? It doesn't seem to be likely to lose PDI before 10 days of inactivity..

after I tried to login using this link https://signon.service-now.com/sso I had to type verification number. I did it. Then I saw the page with my apps, but after that browser jumped to http://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

and started to reload constantly.

https://signon.service-now.com/sso and accessed the Developer portal but after that browser switched to http://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

and started to reload constantly.

 

I tried other bwosers, laptops, networks, incognito mode.

 

As fo instance. I used the same link of my isntance, which I had used before. Then my password and login did not work. I tried to reset password, but there were wrong last digits of phone number. So, looked like I lost my instance.

This seems to be some glitch!

What happens? Is it still reloading?
