Dictionary info is not showing up when I right click on a form field

All the field information is blank when I right click on a it to see the dictionary information.

Even option like, 'Configure Dictionary', 'Configure Label' or 'Configure Styles' do not yield any result (No redirection).

Please see the attachment.

What went wrong? Please advise.

 Was it working before?

Try clearing the cache and test again.

Yes, it was working before until we tried to add annotation via Configure -> Form Layout option. There were some characters in the text that caused some error which prevented the form view from displaying. So, we removed the annotations which made the form view accessible once again but we were not able to access any of the form field dictionary information. Even the rest of the options available upon right click were not responsive like 'configure label' or 'configure styles'.

I have cleared the cache as this solution was also mentioned in some previous post but it was not helpful.

I Have removed the caches but still its not working for me .
all the admins are not able to see
